First, fill out the inquiry form so I can learn more about you & your wedding details. We'll schedule a call or meet for coffee (my treat) to talk through your day, your vision, and what matters most to you. Once you're ready to move forward, I'll send over a contract and invoice. Your date is officially secured once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid.

Ideally, 9-12 months out—especially if you're getting married during peak season (May-October). That said, I've photographed weddings with just a few weeks' notice, so if your timeline is shorter, reach out anyway. I might still have availability.

Absolutely. I'm based in [Your City], but I photograph weddings all over the Midwest—and beyond. Travel is included in my packages, so no surprise fees. If you're getting married somewhere I've never been, even better. I love an adventure.

Semi-documentary with guidance. I'm not going to pose you into oblivion or make your wedding day feel like a photoshoot. Instead, I guide you into real moments—the kind that actually feel like you. You'll get the traditional family photos you need, but most of your gallery will be the in-between moments: the laughter, the tears, the chaos, the joy.

It depends on the package, but generally 700-1,000+ fully edited, high-resolution images. I don't hold back the good ones or make you pay extra for more photos. You get everything that tells the story of your day.

Yes! Once you book, I'll send over a timeline questionnaire and work with you (and your planner, if you have one) to make sure we have enough time for everything—especially portraits. I've done this a lot, so I know how long things actually take.
